Returns Policy
If an item is defective or incorrect (to what you ordered), you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase by contacting us with the details of the major defect or issue via email (with a copy of your Payment Receipt and a photo of the defective item attached to the email). We do not offer the option of repair. Defective items need to be returned to Clipthotics to receive a refund.
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Examples of issues with the item/s that qualify for refund or exchange:
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or website description
• doesn’t do what we said it would and can’t be easily fixed in order to do so.
• if the issue had been known about, the customer would not have purchased the item
Please note:
• Scratches, indentations, or other blemishes to the products that do not impact upon function of the products do not qualify as defects or for an exchange or refund.
The customer cannot reject products if after delivery to them:
• the products have been thrown away, damaged, or lost through no fault of Clipthotics.
• they changed their mind and no longer want the product
• they decide they ordered the wrong product
• they found the product cheaper elsewhere
• they found a better product elsewhere
